This location is so great that we host Stroller Barre here every Wednesday. This is also where we’ll pop in if the weather isn’t great and we need to move our other classes insides.
Meet us at 9am in front of Athleta. Park between the Cheesecake Factory and pottery barn.
Curious if you class has moved? If you are enrolled in an outdoor class and the weather is bad, you will receive an email notification by 7:30am alerting you to the change in location. If you have not enrolled, just check our FB page:)

MamaWell

MamaWell is 42 week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood. Our custom course platform will take you through exactly how to move, what to eat, and how to best prepare for birth and beyond. MamaWell by FIT4MOM is the ultimate prenatal and postpartum wellness guide. Learn how to safely to move throughout your pregnancy and nourish your body and spirit while you gather knowledge from top pre and postnatal experts. Our Village Playgroup & Mom's Club

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Earn free Stroller classes when you sign-up to host one of our Friday Playgroups at Lawrence Square Playground, or our Baby Steps walk and talk group in Audubon Park. Stroller Strides® 1 visit free•From $15 per visit with 10 Class Pass Strides/Barre pass

Stroller Strides is a total body workout that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking, or jogging, and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the and the environment. This class is suitable for everyone! Whether you are new to exercise, or a seasoned athlete, you will get a great workout! Bring your jogging stroller, water, mat or towel and of course..your child(ren)!

Stroller Barre 1 visit free•From $13 per visit with The Transformation 8 Class Pass (must be enrolled in The Transformation Program) pass

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.


Baby Steps Free

Baby Steps is a FREE Walk and Talk meet-up for moms 1 week to 1 year postpartum.
Having a baby is a wonderful and life changing experience. Let us walk with you while you transition into your "new normal".
