CLASSES

Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is a total body workout moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of cardio, strength and core exercises using resistance bands, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of fitness. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine entertaining and engaging baby.

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, ļ¬tness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Run Club

Join FIT4MOM NOLA for superior 10K and 1/2 Marathon training. We offer 4 training courses each season. 5k/10k FIT4MOM NOLA program, The Women's Half Marathon Series, The Rock'n Roll 10k and and The Crescent City Classic 10K. There is nothing more invigorating and joyful than running through the Big Easy with the support of your FIT4MOM friends to cheer you along! You can train for 1 race or all 4! We can't wait to cross the finish line with you! #runlikeamother
We invite beginning and seasoned runners to join our 8-12 week training programs. You will ALWAYS have someone to run with on our group runs. No one is too fast or too slow!

VIRTUAL CLASSES

Barre 30 ZOOM

This virtual exercise group offers everything you need with time in mind. Enjoy 30 minutes of our professional Barre class, tailored to meet all of your needs, Mama. You will strengthen and stretch, connect with your instructor and share in your experience with the other moms in class. We can't wait to see your smile!

New Mom Chat ZOOM

It takes a village, Mama! And we're with you every step of the way. Join us live for our New Mom Chat. Ask questions, share success and find support in a group with other mothers who have recently given birth.


OUR VILLAGE - Free and open to all!

Ask to join our private FB page so you can connect with other moms and stay up to date on ALL of our fun events and family friendly activities.

Run Club Social

Join us any Saturday through the summer for our stroller friendly social runs. We meet at a different place each week and offer 2 different routes - this is a great way to see the city and start your weekend off right. Our runs are open to everyone! Bring your partner and your friends, or just come on your own for some much needed mom time. After each run we stop for coffee and a bite to eat. Our route is posted each week in FIT4MOM NOLA Village - our Private FB page.


Baby Steps

Baby Steps is a free walk and talk meet-up for moms 2 weeks to 1 year postpartum.
Having a baby is a wonderful and life changing experience. Let us walk with you while you transition into your "new normal".
Each class begins with our traditional FIT4MOM welcome and introduction. Meet other new moms and babes as you gently warm-up before your walk. Take it at your own pace. You will always have someone to walk with. After a lap around Audubon Park, gather for your cool down and intentional breath work and stretching that will help you feel grounded and energized. We can't wait to meet you, Mama!

Are you expecting or newly postpartum? We're here for you, Mama! Our free, Prenatal/Postpartum Check-In, with certified lactation consultant will ensure you get the support you need.
